Disney World is the happiest place on Earth and a great place to take a family vacation. But it can also be very overwhelming! Disney World has apps, mobile ordering, Genie +, Individual Lightning Lanes, advanced dining reservations, magic bands, park reservations, and more. Sometimes it can be impossible to know where to even start.
The first thing you need to do is decide when you would like to take a trip and then off to look through and compare over 30 resorts available on Disney World's website. If you were using a travel agent, you would simply fill out a quote request including questions like your interest and budget. Then just sit back and wait for the magic to happen. I will send you a customized quote with 3 options to choose from including pictures and an overview of each resort as well as each park.
For the sake of this post, let's plan a theoretical trip to Walt Disney World with 2 adults and 2 children. We'll look at a 5 night stay in March 2023 at Port Orleans Riverside (a moderate resort) in a River View room and 4-day park tickets without park hopper. The total price comes to $4,362.05 without any discounts.
If you were to book your own trip to Disney World this is where you would make your payment and be done.
However, if you were to use a travel agent to book a trip then we would just be getting started! After placing a $200 deposit, you can then make payments whenever you'd like. The amount is due in full 30 days before check in.

As your vacation approaches, I will send reminders and offer help in navigating My Disney Experience, creating park reservations, and booking dining reservations.
One of the best parts about using a travel agent is constant discount monitoring. Disney often comes out with discounts for resort stays such as Florida resident, Passholder, and even Disney+ subscribers. If a discount comes out AFTER you've already booked, no problem! I can log in and apply the discount to your account if you are eligible.
Last, but certainly not least... using Castles, Coasters, and Cruises is COMPLETELY FREE!!!
